Diana practices primarily in the areas of entertainment and copyright law. She represents production companies, distributors, broadcasters, creative individuals and others in all facets of the development, production and exploitation of film, television, interactive, publishing and music projects. Diana represents Canadian and international companies in structuring production arrangements, treaty co-productions, co-ventures, and corporate mergers & acquisitions in the Canadian cultural industries. She also advises a wide range of clients on collective and other copyright matters. Diana is the Secretary of Interactive Ontario and a former director of the Toronto Arts Council and the Feature Film Project. Before joining the firm, she was a partner at the law firm McMillan Binch LLP (now McMillan LLP). University of Toronto (LLB, 1986 and BComm, 1983).
