Sandra's practice focuses on entertainment and media law and on corporate law within those industries.
She represents a variety of clients (including producers, writers, broadcasters, distributors and financiers) in all aspects of the financing, development, production and exploitation of film, television, publishing and interactive media projects, such as rights acquisition, co-production and shareholder structures, interim financing, corporate matters, and exploitation agreements.
Sandra was a partner at the Toronto law firm McMillan Binch (now McMillan LLP).
Before studying law, she worked as an editor at Oxford University Press and HBJ/Holt, and has recently edited two non-fiction books.
